Enter ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.):
To add the correct shipping fee to your order please make sure you enter the ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.) for your city, area or district in Egypt in the field named ' Enter ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.) ’ that will appear during checkout. For example, if your address is in Maadi enter the number 37.
Find ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.):
To find the ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.) for your city, area or district in Egypt use the field named ‘Find ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.)’ that will appear during checkout, or click here.
After you enter the ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.) the correct shipping fee will be added to your order.
For Customers in Egypt:
What address do I enter in the Billing Address and the Shipping Address sections?:
To pay Cash on Delivery the Billing Address and the Shipping Address that you enter must be the same. We will deliver the order and collect the cash at the same address.
Can you let me pay in Cash at my address and deliver the order to another address?
Yes, if you pay an extra fee then we will come and collect the cash payment from the Billing Address that you enter, and deliver the order to the Shipping Address that you enter. To pay the extra fee contact us after placing the order.
For Customers outside Egypt:
You can pay by credit card through PayPal and have your order delivered to a Shipping Address inside Egypt.
The Billing Address you will enter during checkout will be different from the Shipping Address. Under the Billing Address, in the the field named ‘Find ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.)' select 'my address is not in EGYPT - No. 01' , and in the field named ‘Enter ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.)’ enter the number '01'.
The Shipping Address must be an address inside Egypt. We cannot deliver an order to an address outside Egypt. When entering the Shipping Address please make sure you enter the correct ASSIGNED NUMBER (No.). After you complete the checkout we will email you a PayPal Money Request through which you will be able to complete the payment.
